Show, Bro.
Has anyone talked to that other band/know of any bands to invite? My roomate has a folky band that was just practicing here tonight. They don't sing about anything radical but they have two female vocalists and I think they are really good. I heard one of the ladies is a feminist and would be really into the idea.

I'm not sure but I should give my roomates something of a notice. Someone at the meeting said there was a band coming into town that wanted to play a show. So I think the date is probably depending on when they are available. It would be nice to find one or two more acts for the show.
Re: Show, Bro.
There is a PA. My roomate says they can play either Feb 24th or March 2nd. Both are Fridays.

If it's OK with everyone I would like to nominate myself to do sound at this show and possibly future ones. If a band is on the road and has their own engineer then great, but otherwise I would like the opportunity to do it.

I'm waiting on a reply from the girl who's coming into town, but I messaged her about it and I think she'll be down! I think she's going to be here like March 8th-10th? Definitely on the 8th, not sure for how many days. As soon as she gets back to me i'll let you guys know Her band is pretty folky too, and it's normally two girls but it would be just her. The band is called Circle Circle if you wanna check it out, they're from Connecticut.
