Meeting Friday 4/20/12, 7pm SHARP, Vickie's (in Berkeley)

We decided at the last meeting that our Friday meetings are going to be our more "serious" ones, where we talk about issues (both inside and outside of the group) and really dig into planning. Sundays will be more social. Since Fridays may have a heavier tone, we also want to have the location move around so one member doesn't end up feeling that their space becomes affected long-term. I will not be at this meeting, so I can't offer my apartment as a space.

Emily suggested that anyone interested in starting a PWBA band comes early to this meeting to talk about it!

Just a thought: I know an event was created on Facebook for the first meeting. Maybe we should continue to do this? I think it'd be a good way to get the word around.

Thanks for adding this! Of course it would have to be okay with whoever was hosting, if the meeting is at someone's house. If that doesn't end up working out, we can find a cafe or something in the vicinity of the meeting.

At the last meeting, Lorae brought up screen-printing patches and other stuff, and there seemed to be interest in it, so maybe that's something we could do. I'm being noncommittal because I don't actually know how to screen print, but I could draw a logo.

Not to be a broken record, but do we want to finish the zine?

I could probably host the meeting at my apartment in Berkeley.
